A very caring experience and very knowledgeable Dentist. I would highly recommend Dr.Al-Zubi and Dr. Azzam. They have the best plan & Dental treatment. I had a total Implant of my upper and lower teeth and I am extremely happy. I had a great experience and was treated professionally. I drive from Dayton, Ohio to get the best of the BEST!

Horrible, I found them through my discount dental plan that they were apparently a provider (otherwise I wouldn't have found them). First visit they almost charged me for extra services I did not get. I was concerned about my state of potential cavities, so I needed x-rays. They pushed for the more expensive panoramic xrays assuring me they were better (even though I asked about bite wings) and then told me on my second visit that I needed the bite wings after all to fully see the cavities. They charged me $50 extra for my return cleaning to which I had to call my insurance and confirm this.

After a long series of calls and even after agreeing to refund me, they took an extra 2 months and another series of calls to actually give me my money back. They tried to tell me they didn't accept this insurance even though they accepted it the first time and I found it through the plan's list. . . Apart from this, they're riddled with administrative problems like calling me to confirm an apt AFTER I had the apt on a previous date and scheduling me on a Friday, which they aren't even open on, causing me to reschedule.

. This place is not a great practice by any stretch of the means.

TERRIBLE! AVOID! Drs. Azzam and Al Zubi’s “care” caused me EXTREME pain and distress, after I paid them $24,572. I recommend other providers. I had pain under a dental bridge I had from childhood orthodontics complications. I found the dentists on Delta Dental of Ohio’s website. They offered to replace my bridge with single dental implants or to pull all of my teeth. I chose dental implants. They removed my bridge to inspect my gums. My husband asked them questions about dental insurance. They then wanted to drop me as a patient after already taking off my bridge! But due to the receptionist’s efforts, they changed their mind. I wish I took this sign and found a different practice. They placed a bone graft and two dental implants; during the surgery, they found that the implant location was filled with soft tissue, not bone. But they proceeded anyway without telling me. I would have taken the conservative route and postponed the procedure if they told me of this complication. I experienced tremendous pain the following days, which got worse. My palate literally tore! Bone was exposed! I saw white through my bleeding gums. EXCRUCIATING pain. I went back to their office in tears.

They seemed undisturbed but gave me a painkillers prescription, which didn’t help. I came back again and they sewed stitches directly into my palate to stem the bleeding. The pain was so tremendous I shook and wept. It was awful. Dr. Azzam said “if I cannot deal with pain then how am I going to go through childbirth in the future?” My recovery progressed unsteadily and painfully. I got pregnant and told the dentists. My OBGYN said I could proceed. The dentists tried to install dental crowns, but they did not fit well and were sent back to their lab to be revised, multiple times. I was concerned about my recovery so I got a permission slip to take x-rays from my OBGYN and gave it to the dentists to confirm the success of prior surgeries. But they refused to take an x-ray (IMO they were afraid of what it would show). They installed crowns, but my mouth didn’t feel right due to heavy pressure and tension between my teeth, implants, and jaw; my bite was uneven. They said this was normal. But my crowns were so close together that I could not floss between the crowns! Dr. Azzam said this would not cause issues. I got an infection around the implants a couple months later. The dentists said it wasn’t caused by the implants but rather by the adjacent tooth. They finally took an x ray of my mouth; it showed that one implant was nearly touching the root of the adjacent tooth.

They advised me to pull out my natural tooth and replace it with another implant. I lost faith in them and sought help elsewhere. They refused to send my patient history to my new providers, demanding I see them in person. I went to their office for my records. They asked why I was leaving their practice; I explained. They said they should have not taken my case and that they took it only because the receptionist convinced them to. I agreed that if they felt they could not handle my case then they should not have taken it on. They told me to sign a document saying that because I was leaving their practice, they were going to destroy my patient information. I refused and insisted they keep my records for at least 7 years. I continue to endure the consequences of receiving “treatment” from Drs. Azzam and Al-Zubi. I receive remedial care from capable and reputable specialists. To address the infection, my new provider removed a crown the dentists installed, which showed excess leftover cement from the dentists’ sloppy work. I asked the dentists for a refund, but they refused. I filed a claim with Delta Dental of Ohio; they investigated and found “quality of care concerns” with the dentists’ work. Delta gave me some money back but I am still hugely out of pocket to the dentists. Their treatment was worth nothing.

This dentist office has the WORST customer service on the planet! The fake receptionist has a horrible attitude problem and they do not care about their patients. They refused to answer my questions, they yelled at me for asking questions, and after PRE-scheduling an appointment for 12/14/23, the nasty/fake receptionist called me on 12/13/23 to say she was canceling my appointment for no reason at all.

Who does that? An unprofessional, horrible customer service-having dentist office. I do not recommend their services and I never will recommend them to anyone! They should be ashamed of themselves and their establishment should be shut down! (I wish I would have read the reviews!)
