Nobody wants to go to the dentist however, Dr Krug and his staff make it very pleasant and comfortable as possible. The front staff welcomed me with great appreciation and warmth. My hygienist, Bree is fantastic. She is gentle yet thorough. She is very professional in her job. Dr Krug welcomed me before my exam.

He took time to complete a thorough exam. Before I left my checkout process was swift and making my next appointment was easy. I'm glad to be a patient at Dr. Krug's office.

The staff is amazing, the environment is nice , professional, clean and positive. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, every single staff member that you encounter are friendly, caring and outgoing. They go above and beyond for you even if you’re not typically one of their patients. That means a lot! I was having bad tooth pain and knew that I needed a root canal. I did some research and was found Cottage Dental. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam the day after I called. And had me on the schedule the next week for my root canal.

During my initial exam, Dr. Krug shaved my tooth down just enough to where my bite wasn’t putting anymore pressure in it. Immediate pain reliever! When leaving, They thoroughly explained pricing and insurance and talked to Dr. Krug about when to get me in for my root canal and I overheard him say “let’s get her in as soon as possible she’s in a lot of pain” I was scheduled within 7 days for my root canal which was yesterday. It was the easiest experience. Dr. Krug really takes his time to handle you with care and do it correctly! He does not rush through a single step.

So Incase you’ve never had one and are nervous like I was- don’t be! I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. The soreness after the numbing wore off only lasted just for that day but i was able to relieve that with ibuprofen & Tylenol as if nothing happened. I return for my crown in a couple weeks. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate everyone at Cottage Dental for taking great care of me. If you’re looking for a great Dentist and staff who really care, this is your place to go!
