I've been coming to this dental clinic for years, and every time, I visit, I have a very pleasant experience. The receptionists, hygienists, assistants, and the doctors look after me in a very professional yet comforting manner. There have been many times where I'm in a lot of pain, and every time, Dr. Rehman does an amazing job, as I walk out of the clinic pain free every time.

I was very stressed and anxious of going to the dentist in the beginning, but now Dr. Rehman and her team have made me feel welcome and have reduced my stress of going to the dentist a lot so I have to thank her for that. Not only that, but she's also very honest and knowledgeable when it comes to your oral health, as she will give you her honest thoughts about your oral health and the possible procedures that you can undergo to make it the best it can be. Because of my great experiences with Countryside Dental, I am now very confident with my smile and my oral health is better than it has ever been.

So if you're looking for a new dentist, or you're not happy with your current dentist, then I'd definitely give Dr. Rehman and her team at Countryside Dental a visit.

Let me preface this by saying I have an irrational fear of dentists. I went to this dental office to fix a broken tooth. I was terrified, in pain and unfortunately also in a bit of a rush as a busy mom. The office staff helped me feel better about my situation. I had to wait as the doctor was busy (understandable), and apologized to a few times , I was willing to wait but my kids also finished school soon and I had to pick them up block away. X-rays were taken and I was waiting for the doctor.

I heard the office staff speak to the doctor and sat I was in pain and waiting for a bit. The doctor was very quick acting! Saw the problem, suggested taking the tooth out (only real option as it was broken) and did so within 15 mins. She was encouraging, telling me how great I did (she's the real all star!). Got me out of there in time to pick up my children. I felt so supported the whole time. Definitely would recommend this lovely dentists office to anyone

Been going to this dentist office since I move to Brampton 10+ years, they are very friendly and have changed how my teeth look for the better! I had my braces done there and now still go for my reg cleans after my braces where taken out. (Teeth nice and straight!)

I’ve been coming to this clinic for more than a decade now and I’m sad to say that the quality of patient care has significantly gone down. The receptionist, Simran, does her best to deal with the egos she’s working with, but unfortunately, she can’t solve something that isn’t her own doing. nazia - one of the dentists there, completely disregards her patients needs, medical conditions and constantly shifts scheduled appointments without any warning, (even if you’re early to your appointment). There is no communication anymore.

Recently, she made my diabetic mother wait 1 1/2 hours before finally telling me she wasn’t comfortable taking her as a patient anymore because she didn’t want to do two fillings … I tried to call the clinic to get an explanation and emphasize the need to communicate with patients similar to my mother, that are insulin-dependent and have specific meal times, but was hung up on by nazia after her rude and condescending remarks. She kept cutting me off and didn’t give me a chance to even get a word in. I have never been subject to this kind of defensiveness. The cherry on top? We found out after that she took two casual patients while my mother waited, because they had a vacation the next day.

My family and I will never step foot in this clinic again. Do better nazia.
