I have had a fear of dental treatment. Some of my fear was due to bad experiences at dental offices that were insensitive. This was the best experience I've had at the dentist! They were able to fix a back tooth that others have said "it couldn't be repaired." Highly recommend this office! Professional, friendly and good at what they do.

The staff at the office are always friendly and greets you with a smile. Amy has given me the best quality care for my face. I recommend this practice to anyone. Quality of care speaks volumes. Thank you for taking care of me and meeting my wants and needs.

I had such an excellent experience today! From the warm and welcoming women at the front desk, to Heidi, my aesthetic injector, to an easy breezy checkout process. I also was blessed with a quick meet and greet with the office doggy. The facility is beautiful and clean. Looking forward to my return visit.

This review is not meant to bash the business owners. I am only providing my truthful account of my experience with Creating Beautiful Smiles. I have been seeing Dr. Debbie Palmer on and off for over 25 years and her dental practices are impeccable! I have always felt safe, well taken care of and respected with Dr. Palmer. Throughout the years when I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Palmer, I was referred to another dentist in the office: Dr. Smalkoski. This past year, I have had two alarming experiences with Dr. Smalkoski. I had a failing tooth that I was told could not be saved and had to be extracted. Dr. Smalkoski knew I was interested in an implant and she removed the tooth.
Prior to the extraction, Dr. Smalkoski ensured me that there was absolutely no issues and she was 100% secure in replacing with an implant. I waited 6 months after the extraction and during my visit she advised me that she couldn't do the implant. This was a shock to me as, just 6 months prior she had no concerns. Before this whole situation, I also purchased the dental office's own dental savings program for $500. This package would allow me to get the dental implant at a 20% savings. Now, I am being told that Dr. Smalkoski can not do the implant. I would never have purchased the $500 dental care package, if the dentist could not perform the implant. I asked for a refund and I was only given back a partial payment. The second unfortunate situation with Dr. Smalkoski is that during all of the implant discussions and appointments in 2024, I had chipped a different tooth. I was hesitate to go back to Dr.
Smalkoski, but had no other established local dentist at the time. During my visit for the cracked tooth, Dr. Smalkoski advised me that she had to extract the chipped tooth and that it was all decayed. I was extremely upset and even started to cry about this news. I specifically asked Dr. Smalkoski if she could do a root cancel or a crown and she said no. She said unequivocally, the tooth had to be extracted. I went to get three other professional opinions on the cracked tooth, and all three doctors said the tooth was fine and that there was no need to have the tooth extracted. I ended up choosing a doctor who repaired the chipped tooth beautifully. To this day, I'm not sure why Dr. Smalkoski wanted to extract my tooth, but it is scary. I want people to know that it's OK to get a second opinion and it's OK to want to keep your teeth.
