I had a great experience at Creating Smiles! After having a root canal fail, I badly needed an implant. Dr. Kapers was great throughout the process and left me pain free! Everyone in the office was very friendly. The care I received was second to none. I highly recommend Creating Smiles for any dental needs!

The absolute best! Dr.k. is an incredibly skilled and caring dentist, and his staff unbelievably helpful and efficient. Despite moving from illinois 7 months ago, 6 hrs away, I simply had to make the trip this week to continue the best dental care I've ever . I can recommend creating smiles to anyone.

Update: I never received a claim and they won't provide me with any of my records. If you Google the name of the dentist there are a lot of complaints about billing and having to pay out of pocket. I wish I had read those before, but I only read the reviews for Creating Smiles. I visited Creating Smiles for the first time last week. They were quick to get me scheduled and the office staff was very friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Kapers took the time to explain my x-rays and answered all my questions.

Usually, my insurance company is always billed and then I pay the claim. I was shocked once I was told that I needed to pay around $360 for an x-ray and consultation before leaving. I need to have work done on one or two of my teeth. I was set on Dr. Kapers doing the work but now I'm not so sure after reading all of these reviews. I'm hoping that we will get it all sorted out professionally so that I can continue to see him.
