We all like going to the dentist about as much as. . . well. . . going to the dentist. Who really enjoys that drive to our appointment where we agonize over the chance of uncovering erosion in our enamel and recession in our gum lines? Then of course comes the inevitable parental judgment and the "I'm-not-mad-I'm-just-disappointed" lectures regarding our infidelity to flossing (coupled with the self-loathing from lying to yourself that "I will floss more and do better next time").

All the while, the sounds of drills and the smell of mint fluoride permeate the air. That is why I feel it's important to give credit where credit is due and give a shout out to the crew at Creekside Family Dentistry. They have really changed my outlook on dentistry and tamped down my previous neuroses regarding visits. I have been a patient with this outfit for years and they have made a lifer out of me. The staff and hygienists are professional, friendly, and efficient. DDS Spencer and DDS Mansourzadeh are by far the best dentists I have ever had maintaining (and occasionally repairing) my teeth. Their stellar bedside manner is unmatched. Beyond routine cleanings, I have had a tooth die during COVID (which required nearly a year's worth of procedures to properly post the implant) and a recent chipped tooth emergency that needed a crown.

Not only were both procedures handled promptly, diligently, and, most importantly, PAINLESSLY, but I can truly say my teeth are in better shape than Creekside Family Dentistry found them. This office is the epitome of what a professional office should be: competent, transparent, and friendly. Can I say that my stereotypical dread of going to the dentist has been replaced with unbridled enthusiasm? No. But I can say that what was once dread is now a sense of profound calm, confidence, and trust that my teeth are in the best hands in King County. If you are new to the area or are having a subpar experience at your dental office, give Creekside Family Dentistry a call. The office is an incredibly convenient location on the east hill and you will not be disappointed by the experience.

One of the things I like is that the doctors give me the information I need to understand my condition and the treatment options and then let me decide. There is no pressure. I can't say enough good things about Creekside Dental. I typically wait a while before writing reviews to ensure I can provide a thorough and thoughtful recommendation, and after over a year of visits, I can confidently say that this practice deserves the highest praise. I first came here after a recommendation from another parent at my son’s school, as I was looking for a dentist who works with kids. I was so impressed by the care they provided for my son that I decided to become a patient myself.

Since then, I’ve had cleanings, cavities filled, and a crown, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. Both Dr. Brent and Dr. K are wonderful—kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making their patients feel comfortable.

As someone who isn’t fond of dental procedures, I really appreciate how they explain every step of the process before doing anything, so there are never any surprises. One thoughtful touch that stood out to me was them providing a blanket during my procedure to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. The highlight for my son, however, was picking out a toy from the treasure chest! If you're in the Kent area and in need of a dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Creekside Dental. Their exceptional care and attention to detail make all the difference!

I can not say enough about Creekside Family Dentistry. From the front office staff to the two dentist, everyone is nothing short of amazing. I came in with a lot (and I mean a lot) of dental trauma. They are so gentle and tell you every step of what they're doing. Their goal is for you to have a painless experience, no matter what your dental issues are. They go above and beyond for their patients, EVERY. TIME.

, and they never try and convince you to do unnecessary procedures. They are so honest. I called when I had a crown fall off (done by a previous dentist) and they got me in within a few hours, even though their schedule was fully booked. I have had work done by both dentist, and you just can't go wrong with either one. They clearly have the same philosophy. By far, they are the best of the best.
