Dr. Shetty is an amazing dentist!!! I love her so much. She’s patient, kind and understanding ; especially to the fears of the dentist that I had. She was able to extract my tooth in about 15 minutes without me feeling any pain. I was very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure do to her expertise.

I usually don’t do reviews but this office and the entire staff did an outstanding job with the dental process. I haven’t seen a dentist in few years (I was scared) and I decided to go see one after all. I am very very glad I came across Dr. Shetty. She made the entire process of getting cavity filled and cleaning done very easy and comfortable for me.

It was a painless process. Her and Stephanie were amazing in the services they provided me. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking to find a good dentist. They will make the process very easy and they are straight forward. Thank you again for an amazing service

I have been to this office for almost 3 years. I have had different cavity fillings, as well as multiple dental cleanings. Dr. Shetty is always very kind, she is a good listener and let's you express any concerns. She also is straight up honest about treatment and about different implications. She takes her job seriously and is thoughtful about what she does.

One time she told me I had 2 small cavities, but she said she would advise me against doing any work because the damage to the tooth would be higher if she did a filling. So as long as they didn't grow bigger or I had symptoms, she said it would be better to leave them like that and just have effective dental hygiene. That shows to me she is not in her her profession just for money but actually cares about my dental health. A different time she also demonstrated great professional behavior by referring me to experts to get procedures that are out of her scope. She did not attempt to do those procedures and I appreciate that because I have had bad experiences at a different clinic. Before coming to Crest Dental I would usually go to a different clinic in West Chicago.

In that other clinic they would often attempt to do things that were out of their scope and I ended up with infections and a lot of problems with my insurance. Overall, I have had great experiences in Crest Dental. And I am very thankful for Dr. Shetty. I am also thankful for her hygienist who is kind, patient, dedicated and does her job in a gentle and effective manner.
