The customer service at this Crestview Dental has been consistently poor, even after my previous positive experiences with Dr. Jonathan. Ever since the ownership changed, the company seems more interested in taking advantage of customers for their money.

This has happened multiple times, and even when given a second chance, there is still a lack of respect for customers. It is clear that this place prioritizes profit over providing quality services!

I don’t think anyone could be as apprehensive as I am about going to a dentist! This was due to having an unbelievable painful experience years ago that I just couldn’t shake off. About the same time I was experiencing a severe tooth ache I heard a radio ad for Dr. Adam at Crestview Dental. I called and was greeted by a very friendly, professional representative that listened and was able to set up an appointment the very next day.

From the minute I walked in I was treated tremendously by all staff. When I met Dr Adam there was no doubt in my mind that I finally found a dentist that would listen o my concerns and listen he did. After examination, everything was explained to me in detail. Insurance concerns addressed without delay and we were able to get the work done the same day.

I did not expect a pain free experience, but that’s what I experienced. Dental health has been tied to heart health and general health! I now feel confident enough to start taking much better care of my dental health because of my experience with Dr Adam and his staff. Everyone involved gets an A plus from me!

Dr Adam is amazing. He has helped me multiple times through the years and always goes above and beyond anything I can thank him for with my dental health, always patient, caring and understanding.

Not to mention very accurate and quick with any procedures nessessary… had the pleasure of meeting Becca on my last visit and recieved a very thorough cleaning and even learned some new tricks to better my overall oral health, they have a great team from reception all the way through and would recommend them to anyone

I am always reluctant to write negative reviews about any business, and writing one is a rarity for me. I have been a patient of Crestview Dental since July 13, 2022 and have had no major issues. I go to the dentist every three months and have for forty years as I had some minor periodontal issues at that time. Those were solved with the exception of a few pockets that persist to this day. My appointment yesterday was for x-rays and my three-month cleaning. The hygienist took the x-rays and checked the pockets before cleaning my teeth. She said a couple of the pockets were worse and said the dentist would want to discuss this.

All that is well and good. However, she did not clean my teeth and would not at that time. I have absolutely no issues with discussing any dental issues with the dentist, but I do expect my teeth to be cleaned if I made an appointment for that. Any other issues after the cleaning would be addressed with the dentist and me. When I left the building, I went back and asked to speak to the dentist, who was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. His wife asked if she could help as she was part owner. I told her I had some concerns with the issue.

It is really not her place to ask me if I went to a dental hygiene school or to offer any reasons why this particular problem should be present. Or to tell me I wanted things done my way. The bottom line is if my dental regimen has not changed in forty years and for the past ten years, 90% of my diet is plant based, my cleanings of three months ago and the brief check yesterday should reflect that. Needless to say, I am disappointed as the crown I had just a few months ago is excellent. However, I cannot condone the unprofessionalism of the office or the fact that the hygienist did not even attempt to clean my teeth. Therefore, I will search for another dental practice.
