Bad experience all around. Got Invisalign there because my permanent retainer came off my two front teeth and the space opened back up. The dentist there said Invisalign would fix all my spacing issues. I can’t remember how long I had to wear them but now that I’m done my two front teeth meet at an angle not side by side and I have more spaces in between my teeth now than I had before getting them. All the dentist could say is they look fine to him and they look better than they did before the Invisalign. So disappointing. Went back because my “permanent” crown came off which was also done there by a different dentist.

While my mouth was numbed my tongue was slit and stitches were being put in my mouth without me knowing that was the reason. The dentist finally told me he slit my tongue, I asked how did that happen he said because I moved my tongue (remember my mouth was numb). But I guess it was still my fault. I was quoted a price for the replacement crown before the work started we agreed and that’s what I paid at the end of the appointment. But ever since the appointment I’ve been getting text messages about me owing an amount. I’ve called the office several times about this and they said they would take care of it. They show that I’ve paid what I was quoted to pay.

Then I get a call from the dentist himself saying he never should have quoted me that price and I have to pay the balance. I feel like I’ve been ripped off twice because I paid what I was told the price would be so why would I have to pay more. I’m sure now I’ll get something from a collection agency because of this office. And I still have to find a solution to fix my teeth that weren’t straightened by the Invisalign because of this office. This is not a trustworthy business and I will never recommend them to anyone else. It seems like they tell you what you want to hear but in the end you don’t get the results you were told or expecting.

This is the best dental office I have been to in a long time. They run on time, but never seem rushed. Dr. Finder and his crew are awesome! Very friendly and very competent So glad I found them.
