When I moved to the area, I was looking for a new dentist. Crisafulli Dental was close to my house and had great reviews, so I booked an appointment. The dental assistant did a great job and was very personable, but I did not have the same experience with Dr Crisafulli. She never came to the side of the chair to actually look at me in the eyes - the entire conversation was behind me, even when I was sitting up.

She proceeded to tell me I needed FOUR crowns. I’ve gone to the dentist every 6 months my entire adult life and have never been told I even need ONE, let alone four. I also sent my X-rays to a dentist I’ve worked with before, who told me I don’t need any crowns at all. She said she could see the area on a couple of teeth, but that the affected area was so small that insurance wouldn’t have covered it.

They also billed insurance for a pano X-ray that they never did. I called them out on that and they removed it. I’ve since moved 1/2 mile away to Dr Ashley Schwark and love her!

Back in 1958 (when I was a 13-year-old teenager), my parents were adamant about my Dental Care, and I wound up with a set of metal braces (Top and bottom). At this point, it was 1989. I was 36 years old, I had straight and healthy teeth, and I had recently moved to Redmond, Washington, where I inadvertently stumbled over “Crisafulli Dental” (Dr. Wendy Crisafulli). I became a regular bi-annual dental patient. It took me a few+ years to recognize the high level of care Dr. Crisafulli offered me. In 1996, I moved to the North Seattle Greenwood area.

Dr. Crisafulli's office was in Bothell. Previously living in Redmond put my Dentist only a few miles from where I was living. Moving to N. Seattle wound up placing my dental care 15 miles through heavy traffic. This becomes a 30-mile round trip through similar heavy traffic. It’s been 29 years of me grinding my way through heavy traffic,,, at the very least twice/year. I have to say It has been worth every mile of every hour, with zero regrets.

I do not wish to bore you with a long list of how & why I see quality in how she runs her dental business. I am a technically oriented person and a Certified ASE Auto mechanic/Technician. I owned & operated a busy auto repair shop from 1969 to 1983, and I then owned & operated a very busy home-based Computer IT Sales & on-site repair business from 1986 to 2014 (when I retired). I understand the ins, outs, and technical details of running a small business. Wendy Crisafulli is not only an excellent Dentist, but she knows how to deal with people and most certainly knows how to run a small business (“Trustworthy” is her middle name). I need not say anymore!
