I’m not fond of going to the dentist. I have been going to this practice for several years now & I’m no longer nervous about the visit. But this dentist & his staff were great! Made me feel right at ease from the start. Hands down best dental practice around. Nancy, my hygienist, was gentle and thorough as was Dr.Vargas. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I came to this dentist after my dentist of probably 5+ years in my home state never did any x-rays on my teeth. I was having awful tooth pain and found out I needed a root canal. AND I had six more cavities discovered by their office once they x-rayed. I was MORTIFIED (I’m an avid brusher, bad flosser, and on medicines that weaken my teeth) and started crying. However, they came to the rescue and got me in for a root canal later in the week and also fixed every one of my cavities in two sessions. The good: The front office staff are always extremely kind/sweet and accommodating. I have loved them. The dental assistant(?) who cleaned my teeth was EXTREMELY kind, comforting, and had good bedside manner while I FREAKED out over my teeth.

The office accommodated my emergency needs very well and I will be forever grateful for that. The meh: their office feels a smidge outdated/could use some decor updates. I found Dr. Vargas to be a little judgey at times (warranted, I suppose, with my teeth), but I felt his bedside manner to be a little lacking/dry. I felt embarrassed whenever he spoke to me about my teeth and routines. He comes across very smart, very well spoken, but definitely dry/made me feel embarrassed about my teeth and eating habits. He’s nice, though. Definitely knows his stuff.

The bad: they are VERY busy and very booked out. Routine cleanings are hard to get in for. Keep that in mind when scheduling. I moved or I would’ve likely kept them as my dentist. I don’t think you can go wrong here at all, but if you’re extra sensitive, you may want to find another dentist.

We love Doctor Vargas as our dentist. His staff is always so welcoming and his passion for dentistry is unmatched. The transition my children had from their Pediatric Dentist was seamless and my children adapted so well. I highly recommend his services!

Molly Schuyler Woman vs Food (Woman Vs Food)

Best dentist in the area!! This is the guy that is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are doing OK. Compassionate and definitely knows what he’s doing. If you are looking for a dentist that is not just trying to make a buck and do things the right way it’s doctor Vargas. This is the guy for you.
