My experiences with Angela Wright have been very positive. She has excellent bedside manner and answers every question with care and attention. Follow up times are a bit long, but she is extensive and remembers her patients needs and is genuinely concerned for their well-being. Kalisha McLendon, on the dental side, is the exact opposite.

She was immediately dismissive, compeltely unconcerned with my dental health, and offered little-to-no explanations for my questions and treated me like I was a nuisance for even asking them. She offered no advice on treatment and would not even explain simple things like what was causing me to feel pain. I will never book an appointment with her or cross trails dental again.

Had a dental appointment in March, ended up having surgery a few days before. Called to make sure it was still OK to come in for my procedure, they informed me I'd need a clearance letter from my surgeon which I hadn't been cleared yet, had to call back and cancel my dental appt. Called today to reschedule now that I've been cleared, and they put me down as a no call no show and won't schedule me for a year! I have the phone records and paperwork to prove that's incorrect. The receptionist says, she doesn't remember it, she can't open the file and the company already had March blocked off to view any records.

She said she doesn't know what to tell me nor can she offer any information as to how to correct the situation. I am in pain, and have to try to find a new dentist which takes months. Horrible customer service.

I have been using Dr. Angela Wright for many years. Her and her team, the nurses, and the ladies up front have been absolutely amazing. They actually care, not just during visits, but even when I haven’t been there in awhile. They don’t rush me in and out and are always so kind.

I personally am full of questions and KNOW I can be annoying and a worry wart… but they have been so kind, helpful, and patient with me. I appreciate everyone of them very much. They help me get in fast, are quick to respond, and just over awesome service. Thank you!!!!!

Horrible horrible customer service. All they care about is making money. Not about patient care. I’ve never been to the health side but dental is just awful. Needed a root canal and she did a filling and I ended up with a huge dental abscess that needed to be drained by Aspen dental because she wouldn’t even get me in to assess the issues I was having.

Probably would have died had I not gone to someone else. She didn’t even call and talk to me after I left numerous messages she just calling in meds I didn’t find out about until the pharmacy called me them selves. I just think Dr McLendon needs to either take a break cause she seem burned out of actually caring about the people she cares for.
