This is the worst place to do business! I will explain just the visit from today! I had an appointment for my Daughter to have dental scaling done. We have had the appointment for awhile. When we went in I confirmed with the front desk that we are to get dental scaling and not ultrasonic cleaning, which it was confirmed. 5 minutes after my Daughter going back they came back out asking if we wanted ultrasonic cleaning. I said no! They said the person who does scaling wasnt in. This is a tactic they use all the time to pressure you into what they want you to do. I told them we were scheduled and have been scheduled for scaling "NOT ULTRASONIC" The guy says well Daughter said thats what she wants so Dr wants to see me. I go back and "DOCTOR" starts questioning me on why I want scaling. I said because I do and thats it! I said she has been on the schedule for scaling that person should have been here or call us to reschedule not try to con me into something I have already said "I DONT WANT". I then find out that my Daughter never wanted it at all and that "THE DOCTOR" was pressuring her and said "why dont you want it?" She said "because I do what my Dad suggest" the "DOCTOR proceeds to say "why? You are turning 18 soon right" She was trying to get consent from a minor even after I spoke to her.

Really over stepping her boundaries! This is by far the rudest people to work with. Trying to create Family strife is very unprofessional and really made my Daughter so uncomfortable. Pressuring her even after we spoke. Nobody in my Family will be going back to these hateful people! I think they are in the wrong community based on the way they treat certain people! UPDATE! My Wife had a previously scheduled appointment that she decided to honor "What a mistake that turned out to be" Speaks to the lack of professionalism! Someone came out to get my Wife, they go back, they administer the initial numbing medication and she waits for the "Dr. " to come in. She asked my Wife "who is your Husband?" Wife tells her and The Dr. asks "is he the one who wrote the review" at which time my Wife said yes. The Dr. says "that was a very sticky review" she then goes on to say it was just "perception" My Wife stated the facts that the only perception was that she directly encouraged my Daughter to make her own decisions. As stated in previous review above, she had asked my Daughter "aren't you getting ready to be 18" She tried to also state this was over Fluoride which was entirely not the case, it was over choosing hand scaling over ultrasonic water scaling.

I would suggest not opting for that fyi, just do your own research! You can read the previous review above. The "good Dr. said she wanted me to remove my review before she would continue her fillings (this is after already did topical numbing. The Dr. said she was not going to see me or my Daughter anymore and asked my Wife if she would be coming back and then said she was going to get her husband to make a decision on her procedure or if she would be letting her back. When she came back my Wife simply said "I am making the decision for you and I will not be coming back. Do with this what you will but these people don't care. They want your money and that is it. My Daughters appointment had been in the books for a long time and for them not to have someone their to do the procedure or ask to reschedule or hey who knows call us and tell us that the person who does the procedure isn't there on those days. As opposed to getting us in there and then trying to bully my Daughter and then me! FOR THE RECORD "DOCTOR" I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO IF IT WERE AN OPTION!

I’m a new patient. My first cleaning after eight years of not being to the dentist went great. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Very thorough when explaining things to you as well as helping you understand your insurance side of it as well.

I have major dental anxiety and have gone a long while between cleanings due to it. Dr. Kumar was so kind and nonjudgmental throughout. She made sure to pause several times during the cleaning to ensure I was okay and to give me encouragement. The entire Crossroads staff was wonderful.
