I love this dental office. Dr Rickey is a wonderful dentist in whom me and my family are very pleased. The front office staff is so very nice and makes you feel so very welcomed. Lady up front “Mika” is Awesome. Gina and Genna are very nice as well. I highly recommend this office

The office staff and hygienist are very nice and professional. As far as Dr. Richey not so much. No bed side manor, very rough during any type of procedures!! I've had fillings and recently a tooth extraction.

I was there for 2 hours!!!! Very painful and I ended up with an infection and dry socket. I ended up going to another dentist after the pain was unbearable after a week! It's now been 2 weeks and I'm finally starting to feel somewhat normal. I've had many tooth procedures done over the years from other dentists and have never been this uncomfortable!!!

First appointment for a cleaning was today. My visit was very quick. I was in and out pretty fast. My dental hygienist was super sweet!! I just moved here so I look forward to coming back. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! I had a fantastic experience at Crossroads Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Richey was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly gentle and reassuring.

He took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. The hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning, and I appreciated how modern and up-to-date all the equipment was. It’s clear they prioritize both patient comfort and quality care. I’ve always been a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but this team changed that.

I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Dr. Richey and the Crossroads Family Dentistry team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care in a warm, professional environment.
