Usually, I do not take out the time to complete reviews regardless of experience but my experience here deserves it. I will say that the doctor was phenomenal, I have dealt with both but my primary Dentist was Dr. Yang. My issues comes with the payment. I was sold on promises that were not fulfilled in the allotted time period that I was told. Also I received a bill months after the work was completed.
Although I paid more than 7200 out of pocket. The front staff did not send me my paperwork after requesting it but they have no issue taking your payment. It is a shame as I thought I was going to be dealing with great customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Take your time and find a dentist and front end staff that will treat you well.

My experience here was very pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly. The dental assistant had very good energy and made me feel comfortable. The dentist went over everything with me very thoroughly and made me confident in choosing him as my dentist.

This dentist and his staff are a hidden gem. Dr. Yang was recommended to me and I have seen him twice now. I’ve had x-rays, deep cleaning and 2 crowns so far. He has an excellent numbing technique which is very important to me. Almost zero discomfort in my case. . A slight sting at best.
If you’re afraid to go to the dentist, please go before your teeth get worse. Start with x-rays and a cleaning then go from there. The dental assistant is very pleasant and professional. The front desk is as well. I have absolutely no complaints. No, it’s not a very fancy office, but I’ve been to fancier dental offices who were awful. I highly recommend Crossroads Dental Office in Calumet City IL.

My father had some teeth get knocked out and someone referred him to Crossroads. They did a great job. His teeth were naturally really bad anyway, and he ended up getting partial dentures. They looked super natural. So he suggested I go. I needed several root canals, which he made painless. I've only been to a dentist like twice when I was a kid so I can't tell you if the prices are a good deal or not.
However, I will say that Dr. Yang is super nice and very thorough. The only downside is that he requires full payment up front but they do offer a credit plan if you need. Over the years, I've had one semi crappy experience with their former hygienist. The new hygienist is great and you can really tell she likes her job. The rest of the staff is super nice and professional.
