How do I spell "Customer Service"? C-O-N-S-I-S-T-E-N-C-Y! Dr. White and staff's client service, is consistently good! Each and every visit, I feel that I'm among friends as Jodi greets me with eyes bright and a friendly smile. Last visit, While laid back in the chair, I thought Dr. White had a new cavity drill. . . Nope! Misty was SINGING (Big Smile)!! Joking.

. . , Misty actually has a great voice, is phenomenal at what she does, and as she works, you don't feel a thing. The world needs a thousand more Gloria's!!! Dr. White's knowledge, skillset, and empathy is just Bomb-Diggety good. I have a smile that I can be proud of and that's why I'm a Crosswinds Dental fanatic! Thanks again for everything.

Due to bad experiences with the dentist as a child I have avoided going to see a dentist since I was a teenager minus having my wisdom teeth removed five or six years ago, which went about as well as my visits to the dentist when I was younger always did. After losing one permanent molar, having another slowly breaking apart on me, and breaking off a large portion of another tooth it was finally time for me to bite the bullet (har, har) and go see a dentist. Dr. White was strongly recommended to me after asking around for recommendations from several family members and co-workers. I was extremely nervous about going to see a dentist for the first time in almost two decades and I have to say that the experience went much, much better than I anticipated. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly and sympathetic to my fear of dentistry and they all worked very hard to make me comfortable and assure me that there would be minimal to no pain. Dr. White is always cheerful and is a pleasure to be around.

She is extremely patient and takes things at your pace and works very hard to put you at ease. I wound up needing multiple fillings (she was able to repair my broken tooth without anything more extensive than a large filling) and a root canal and crown on my back molar that was breaking apart. They put me under for all the work at my request and when I awoke I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were able to save my back molar with just a crown and no root canal was necessary. That saved me almost a thousand dollars on my bill, which was outstanding! I came back a couple of weeks later to have the temporary crown removed and the new crown put on. I decided to try having it put on with no novacaine. When I started to experience some pain, Dr. White numbed me right up and put the permanent crown in with no problem at all. It's now been a couple of weeks and my teeth feel great! I can't even tell that I have a crown on the back molar it fits so well.

I am very, very pleased with the work done by Dr. White and her staff and can't recommend them highly enough. I will be going back to the dentist every six months for my check ups from now on and will always use this office. Once again, the entire staff and Dr. White could not have possibly been better and I highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't gone to the dentist in years because of bad prior experiences or for anyone who may just be looking for a great dentist with a friendly staff.
