Sally, Dr. DeRocher, Judy, and Everyone at Inglis Orthodontics are so Professional and Caring! My daughter has been receiving orthodontic treatments and they really care about her and her teeth. My 10 year old just started seeing Dr. D with the idea that he will eventually need braces. He was extremely anxious about the appointment leading up to it. Dr. D set him at ease instantly talking about hockey, as that is my son's favorite activity.

It created an environment where my son could answer Dr. D's questions, understand what each step of the process was and eventually we were able to know the best step forward. I greatly appreciate Dr. D and his staff.

I’m writing this review regarding Sally, who is the Financial Coordinator. When requesting her to send proper documentation to insurance, she has not done her part. I have spoken to her on many occasions and in some instances, she has been rude. I have always been respectful when speaking to her. She has sent the insurance the old licensing which belonged to Dr. Ingles and not Dr.

DeRocher. Which I found odd because how can she have sent the wrong license since it’s a new doctor/ownership? When the insurance sent a list of items they needed and when I presented it to Sally, she replied “I don’t know what any of this is”. I asked Sally for a copy of my contract when we started my daughter's treatment and she refused to give me a copy. I will be seeking legal help since I’ve been having such a challenging time with this individual.

We love seeing Dr. DeRoacher! He makes my daughter comfortable, and is very good at explaining exactly what to expect each visit. His staff is friendly and kind. It's been amazing watching her smile change and confidence grow.
