They provide essential services such as dental health exams, various treatments, and digital dental x-rays. For adults, comprehensive dental services are available, typically requiring a referral for established medical patients of Crusader Community Health. Beyond dental care, Crusader Community Health offers a wide array of primary care and supportive services. These include adult and family care, women's health, pediatrics, behavioral health services (including mental health and substance use treatment), optical services, pharmacy kiosks, and immediate care through their "CrusaderNOW!" walk-in clinics. They also provide crucial community connection services, assisting patients with accessing community resources like housing, food, and transportation assistance, as well as offering health insurance enrollment support. Crusader Community Health is committed to affordability, accepting all types of insurance, including Medicaid and various private plans. I've never been to this location, but since this is the only location showing dental, I want readers to beware! The Dental Department (on Broadway)is horrific (at least for children). Don't send your children there for dental!!! The Dentist lady has always come off very rude. They don't allow parents to be in the room with your child for any work bring done. The last time my 4 year old son cried and pleaded with me to not leave him. So I refused and they refused to do any work.

There were about 3 Dental Assistants and the Dentist in a small room and they say parents are "a distraction". No wonder my child was scared. I would never ever take him back there for dental work!!! Wish I had switched sooner. He is terrified when I mention going to the dentist.
