I came to Crystal Dental off of a referral from my son. I had a traumatizing experience previously and heard Dr. Mack tell Miguel "we need to give this patient some TLC". . . . and boy did they ever! They took their time and made me feel comfortable making some really tough decisions. I put complete trust in Miguel for his guidance. .

. boy am I glad I did!! Their work and follow-up are superior to any dentist I've ever known. The lab work is incredible, the owner even came and took special care. And Maria! Excellent front office care, attention and efficiency! I will be telling EVERYONE I know. Thank you all. . . you feel like family!!

I will never go to another dentist again, if you’re as terrified of the dentist as I am GO HERE! Miguel made my experience awesome and as painless as it could be. He truly makes you feel like family and is very professional. So happy I found them, they make going to the dentist a lot more pleasant!!

This is a great office, I came in on a recommendation. The reception office is ran smoothly and very efficiently. All the girls are so nice and happy to help. They follow up on appointments and are very helpful with any questions. Miguel is a true gem.

He is funny and becomes someone you trust right away. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He runs a tight ship an it shows! Last but not least Dr. Mack very gentle, has a cool dry humor and just a great dentist! I will continue to come here!

This review does not represent G, Rose or the front desk ladies. The manager Vicki and Dentist Dr. Mac are very kind until they have you as a patient. Once you are a patient they are very rude and condescending. I have been waiting since November to have my services done. It’s been one thing after another.

After multiple calls to Vicki about my concerns she stopped picking up my calls. Once I was there for my very last appointment finally getting ready to go home they were unhappy with me being unhappy. The fit was horrible, the line up was horrible and just the entire situation was not professional. I overheard them saying demeaning remarks that I will be taking up with the better business bureau. Never ever go to these people, they are HORRIBLE!
