I moved to the area two years ago and looked for dentists with high reviews. I found reviews raving about Dr. Dinyarian, and I now that I have been a patient for two years I can confirm that he is the best! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions without rushing or making me feel like I couldn't/shouldn't ask.

His staff are polite and great at sending reminders about upcoming appointments and making sure the check-in process goes as smoothly as possible. For my last appointment, I was greeted by 3+ people, spent adequate time with the doctor for my cleaning, and was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. Excellent service!

My appointment was cancelled without a valid reason with less than 24 hour notice. Rather than finding an alternate method of reaching me to communicate this, (although it was really unprofessional to cancel in this manner regardless), the office repeatedly called when I was busy and unable to able to pick up and then blamed me when I was not in the know. If you are going to cancel with such short notice, despite patients scheduling very far ahead of time, you have to expect that they might not be able to pick up a phone call. I am extremely hesitant to schedule with them again because they're that flaky and I'm that busy (which is why I scheduled my appointment so far in advance!!).

Happy to change my review if the business handles this well, but they handled it extremely poorly thus far and it might just be easier for me to find a provider that's more committed to honoring appointments. ETA: The business is lying. They did not email me.

I was told I needed a root canal (without taking x-rays first) and that I had 4 cavities. I go to the dentist every six months and found this odd. So, I got a second opinion. The second opinion didn't find one cavity. They also took x-rays and did multiple test on my tooth that Crystal Smile said needed a root canal, turns out I didn't need a root canal either. VERY SCARY. I care about my dental health, and its scary when you can't trust a medical provider.

I'd also like to note that when I told the doctor at Crystal Smile my sister was in the dental industry he started back tracking. . . saying I could wait up to a year to get the "cavities" filled. The dental hygienist was kind as well as front desk staff, but the doctor was pushy and rude. I do not recommend Crystal Smile.
