This is not a spot for children over the age of 10. Called to schedule an emergency appointment for 14 year old daughter who was in tremendous pain, they assured us we could be seen the next day. When we arrived to check in, it was very clear they had no idea why we were there. When we were finally called back, there was no sense of urgency or true concern. After setting the appointment based on the emergency and driving 2.

5 hours to the office, they tell us they do not actually perform what was necessary. However, they proceeded to give my daughter a very brief cleaning, while she writhed on the table. When the Dentist finally appeared he essentially spent 15 minutes trying to upsell me on half a dozen unnecessary procedures, all within their family of practices, while speaking to me in the tone of a kindergarten teacher. Patronizing at it's best, harmful at its worst. The facility is very clean, very inviting.

It's clear that the staff believes strongly in making kids comfortable. However, I cannot recommend this practice due to the absolute lack of care my daughter was shown.

This is the best clinic in Cumming. Excellent service, fast and very professional. The staff is all friendly and efficient. We used to go to Smile for Kids, and my kids would get very sad and grumpy because of the poor service and the wait time.

Now, they're the ones asking when their dentist appointment is. We're very satisfied and won't change it. Thank you, Cumming Pediatric, for being so good to my kids.

My daughter had an accident at school and injured an adult tooth. We are still new to GA so I hadn't found a dentist for my kids yet. I left the school and headed straight to Cumming Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics before even speaking with them.

They were able to find my insurance because I didn't have a card, and get her in and out in under 20 minutes. While I wish my daughter wouldn't have gotten hurt, I'm glad it led me here!
