Very nice staff. Will definitely be back. . I said I would be back, but I won't. . . Fonda is very rude. Was never informed that I would be charged a 75 cancelation fee. Made a payment of 152 that I will not reimbursed due to my cancelation.

. she got upset when I stated that I will go somewhere else for treatment. . for some reason Fonda could never verify my insurance went elsewhere they were able to verify my insurance. . . not sure if she was having a bad day or what. She was very rude and wouldn't let get a word in by over talking me.

I had to cancel an appointment 3 days in advance due to my husband having to work suddenly. They were not kind at all. Sent me a weird message a day later saying I could no longer schedule appointments. People have things come up in life & I have plenty of notice to cancel. Rude people!

11/10, Would recommend, they went above and beyond. After not having been to a dentist in 7 years I became terrified of going. This caused my teeth problems to snowball into a constant stress on my mind and pain in my mouth. My previous dentists talked down to me, didn't respect me, it always felt like me being there was an annoyance to them. Dr. Shipley treated me like a person, and when I felt all the tension and fear of the dentist I had built up finally fade away I nearly started crying in his office.

This place is so much different than that. Everyone is so nice, the entire process is well thought out to prioritize the clients comfort. They have TVs above the chairs, and give you a hot towel after your done. I cannot overstate how much I recommend this dentist in comparison to their competitors in Cape OR Jackson.

I genuinely can’t recommend Cure Dental enough. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re treated with such kindness and care. It has completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Every single person there is warm, patient, and incredibly professional, but what really sets them apart is how comfortable and safe they make you feel. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere, the difference is night and day.

At Cure Dental, they take their time, explain everything clearly, and are so gentle and compassionate throughout the entire visit. You never feel rushed or judged—just supported and cared for. It’s rare to find a dental office where kindness and comfort are clearly just as important as the clinical work, but Cure Dental truly gets it right. I actually look forward to my appointments now!
