Stay away from this guy. We all have been taught to look for the best DR., best dentist. For someone to be at the top of the class someone has to be at the bottom. Bottom of the barrel care. Hard to believe this guy has a license. Has zero interest in patient care.

Unethical. I had a very disappointing experience at Custom Smiles Dentistry in Andover. I came in for a routine annual dental cleaning but was told the cleaning would not be done unless I agreed to full-mouth X-rays, sealant and fluoride treatment—despite the fact that I had already had full X-rays within the past year and have no dental issues. I clearly expressed that I did not want unnecessary treatments, yet the dentist refused to proceed unless he could bill for everything, saying it was all covered by insurance. This felt like an attempt to take advantage of my insurance coverage rather than provide patient-centered care.

I ended up leaving without getting my cleaning. This is unethical business practice that prioritizes profit over patients’ rights and needs. I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest or respectful dental care.

As a kid, the dentist was always really nerve wrecking. And honestly had a terrible experience with having to change my nickname because of the receptionist making fun of my nickname and trying to use it in derogatory manner. That changed my life having to my mother change my nickname everywhere for the public not just the Dentist to protect me. My experience at a dentistry was hugely tainted by this since a child. Custom Smiles Dentistry changed that experience for me ♥️ The receptionists were absolutely kind and welcoming.

Dr. Vang is an outstanding dentist. He explained everything to me and he is so clear about it. He is very close to detail. I can tell he loves his job and his mannerism is out of this world.

I pray that everyone gains the experience that I had at Custom Smiles Dentistry! Even Dr. Vang’s dental assistant was very sweet! Everyone was great, the whole environment, everything! I can just rave about this place I honestly could cry and wanted to cry. I wanted to give everyone a hug to be honest because they just don’t know what that one visit did for me. I’m just so happy that I found somewhere where I will feel comfortable to come to when it comes to my dental care for myself and even more ecstatic to give such an amazing experience to my son thank you, Customer Smiles Dentistry ♥️♥️ Bonus! I thought I had an enamel missing from my bottom two left teeth and haven’t fully smiled and almost 2 to 3 years! Turns out it was just hard calcium! Dr. Vang cleaned it up and your girl is smiling big again ♥️ I just don’t know what to say other than thank you!
