Amazing doctor, staff and practice! I am glad that I was able to find such a great dentist in my neighborhood. She's very courteous, listens to all your concerns, goes above and beyond to solve issues and works with your schedule and availability. They also run the insurance before hand and give you pricing before you get anything done so you know exactly how much everything will cost. Her staff is amazing as well, texting you instead of calling or leaving voicemails.

Makes thing so much easier and quicker. I am telling everyone I know about Dr. K. !

Avoid this practice & save yourself the headaches. Here has been my experience after going for one appointment: 1. The dentist tried to up sell me on procedures that I definitely did not need. 2. The dental assistant coughed on her bare hands, did not wash them or use a glove, and handed the dentist tools to work with for my exam. 3. The office staff is a complete disorganized, unprofessional disaster. They would call me to confirm pricing for procedures that I was not recommended for, mixing me up with other patients. They would contact me via text, email, and phone excessively due to their own errors. .

. But worse is they do not keep track of patient payments. Four months after I had paid them in full, they contacted me saying I owed them money. I explained to them that I paid in full and gave them the payment date. They continued to say I never paid them and threatened multiple times to send me to collections for non payment, insisting I had never paid them. I had to send them a screenshot of the payment I originally sent to them reflected on my bank statement . . . This place is an unethical nightmare and any negative reviews they receive they try to pay people off to write positive ones. I had submitted my experience at this dentist office as a review last week and was sent an apology email from the dentist followed by a gift card.

Do yourself a favor and find a good dental practice. UPDATE: This is in response to the "office managers" reply below. #1 The balance was paid in full after the insurance payment was processed. Once processed by insurance, the remaining balance was paid in full. Again, you called and threatened to take me to collections months after I paid in full. There is no excuse for this. #2 The dentist was IN THE ROOM when the dental assistant coughed on her bare hands and the dentist then proceeded to ask the assistant to hand her tools for the exam. AVOID this place at all costs.

Exceptional dentist and highly recommended. As a new patient, making an appointment was a breeze, and the office was super proactive, professional, and clear in their communication regarding everything from forms to insurance coverage for the procedures. As for the office space, it was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I had a basic dental exam with cleaning, and Dr. Kathawala was awesome—skilled, patient, and extremely thorough.

She's a dentist with superb attention to detail, but with the ability to see those details in the big picture of your overall dental health today and in the future. Our kid had cavity in few of the teeth in very early age. We were referred to another pediatric doctor who was like one of the best in the area. That doctor took us on ride, asked us to come several time, asked us to pay several hundreds of dollars each time. But at the end there was no result. I searched online, found Dr. Kathawala with good reviews. I called and Anthony guided me very nicely. The doctor is fantastic, she took care of my kids tooth issues within one visit.

Even though at that moment, they were not taking my insurance, I paid out of pocket but still it was less than what I paid in one visit to that previous so called pediatric doctor. Now, my whole family goes to Dr. Kathawala and she takes care all of us very nicely. I would 100. 00% recommend Dr. Kathawala for adults and for kids.
