My visit today was wonderful, all staff were welcoming and very informative. Jimmy was incredible, he was on point and very courteous and caring. He made my experience one of the best ones due to past terrible experience with past dental offices. Facility is beautiful inside and very clean.

Never been to a facility where the actual provides a tour of it and provided exceptional information. I will definitely be bringing my family here from now on. This is a place where you look forward to visiting.

This was my first visit but I found the doctor and staff to be polite friendly. I was taken back quickly and saw the dentist shortly thereafter. The hygienist was thorough and constantly checked on my comfort. Overall a good experience and I’m a big fan of getting into an appointment on time and getting taken care of quickly.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Dale City Smiles! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and runs like clockwork with almost no wait time. Jimmy was the dental hygienist I saw and he took me on a tour of the office which I thought was pretty cool! He was incredibly gentle, thorough, and kind. He made my cleaning comfortable and even enjoyable—explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Choi was equally fantastic—professional, personable, and clearly very skilled. He answered all my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and created a treatment plan that made sense for me. I truly felt taken care of by the entire team. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated like family and given top-tier care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Dale City Smiles. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The cleaning was thorough and gentle, and they did a great job explaining everything.

They’re also amazing with kids—patient, kind, and able to put them at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great family dentist! I personally had Jimmy and my two younger kids, had two wonderful women who worked with them.
