Dr. Ang did a root canal and I had to have it redone a few years later. The endodontist that did the reroot canal said the first one was done improperly. I called Dr. Ang and he never called me back. I guess he didn't want to hear from me or the failure of his work. Lots of money for two root canal on the same tooth.

The front desk employees or employee…. Are so rude ! I’ve asked around and I hear the same thing front desk is horrible very disappointing. Many insurances only refer to them for Endo it’s sad that they treat their patients this way. Dr Ang, with all do respect your whole front desk should be fired or retrained in basic manners.

When it came time for my appointment I called to reschedule because the weather was extreme, like -35°f. I'm pregnant and have other health issues that don't allow my body to function well in cold temps. I called in as soon as I could, being that I didn't know their office hours and kept getting voicemail for days. When I finally got thru the guy who answered was rude and rushed me off the phone without even trying to hear or explain anything.
He did tell me that I could come in another day, but that I'd have to call in and do a same day appointment. Today I find out I'm basically banned from the clinic. I could understand if I repeatedly cancelled but this was my first appointment and it was under extreme conditions.

I didn’t get any work done because I have extreme anxiety of needles and The dentist was extremely understanding. The receptionist was also very comforting. She offered for me to hold her hand, and I thought that was extremely kind.
