Very friendly environment. Got in quickly for my visit, didn't wait long to be seen. Went over my options and let me decide what we do and gave his opinion. Had an extraction and filling and had no pain at all. I can't wait till I go back.

Title: Exceptional Dental Care Experience! Review: I recently visited Dr. Smith's dental practice for a routine removal of my wisdom tooth, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The waiting area was clean and cozy, and I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. Dr. Smith and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
They took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment, knowing that I was in good hands. The facilities were state-of-the-art, and I could tell that they take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. The dental hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Smith provided me with valuable insights on how to improve my oral health. Overall, my experience at Dr.
Smith's dental practice was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of top-notch dental care. Thank you, Dr. Smith and team, for providing such outstanding service. Five stars all the way!

This review is on behalf of my 82 yr old Mother. She was impressed with their care & quality during her 1st visit. The follow up visit was a humiliating, embarrassing nightmare! My mother goes in to sit in a full waiting room when the receptionist starts having a loud conversation with her across the room of people talking about how my mother owes 20% of her last visit for $320 because the Dr did $1600 worth of work. My mother said her insurance said Friday they paid 90% because that’s her policy anyway.
So she was told - ok then make it $160. Plus you need to pay in full up front for today’s work. Again, in front of a room full of people this was openly discussed. My mother, in tears, asked for a bill to be sent & to cancel the appointment that day because her private information never should have been discussed for all to hear, and she was utterly humiliated by this elderly woman who should have known better than to discuss financial information, insurance copays or even the amount of work done to a patient.
Can we say HIPPA?? Frankly, if this was such a big concern for them & they were so worried about Payment, why not call ahead of time, get payment for what was done & pre-payment for what will be done? Seems that would be a better business model than ambushing someone in the office who may not have come prepared to fork over $600+ that exact moment. This whole encounter was completely awful, humiliating & just plain wrong on how to treat a patient, let alone an elderly patient who drives an hour + each way to this location. This office should be ashamed of themselves & do some serious re-training on how to properly & appropriately discuss private information, or to discuss payments, let alone follow the law.

Wow! Just wow! They are great! Got me in quick. So nice and helpful. Doing everything they can to get my insurance to pay some on my appointment. I only have medical no dental but they said something they will pick up and pay some so they are billing them to start with.
Done what I wanted and didn’t have all the required hoops to jump through. I will definitely be going back to them for further needs for me and my kiddos.
