Stopped taking my insurance and treated me like a dog on the phone about it. Already been to an appointment with them and since then they’ve stopped accepting it. Sat in pain for months waiting on them to call me with an appointment just to receive that info

Not good with anxiety patients at all. I had really bad anxiety getting my wisdom teeth pulled. They told me I was being irrational about my fears and I asked them not to push the versed as it would make me get more anxious and they did anyways and when I started freaking out more they refused to do my surgery and made me walk out immediately after pushing this medication .

My son who is 15 and austic had 4 teeth removed 3 wisdom and a back tooth. He was scared to death he's never been put to sleep. Instead of the nurse trying to calm him as his BP was rising. All she said was it's just anxiety. My son was shaking really bad with fear. Noone tried to resure him he would be ok but me. When the 2 nurses brought him out to the car he was still asleep didn't even know where he was. They also didn't even offer me an excuse for school or tell me how long to keep him out.

This morning he woke up the right side of his face was so swollen he couldn't close his mouth. He's been using ice pack and doing what they said to do. Tried to call the dr all I got was a answering machine saying they where closed if u got this message. Clearly they where open it was 10am on a Monday. They need to have more compassion for spell needs kids and their families. Also let parents know how long to keep them home from school and offer an excuse.
