Dr. Burr is truly amazing! Im not a big fan of the dentist but he makes you feel like you’re at home. He answers any question I have, even if it’s when the office is closed. I feel like the whole staff is my family. They are all truly the best!

This dental office is not the caring place that it used to be. This office needs a class in customer service. The staff is argumentative and do not make you feel comfortable. Lots of new staff and this round of staff is also questionable. The office manager is rude. Arguing with a patient surely will not encourage them to return. I had to hang up on the office manager. You will not talk over me when I am the patient and expressing my concerns when you are triggered by your billing increases.

Take responsibilty over your billing and not blame the insurance company. Your office increased fees in which you made it seem as though the insurance company paid less! No. I can read and I compared each line item. The staff is rough and you feel like you are in a boxing match with them. Unacceptable. Get a whole new admin staff, AGAIN. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS OFFICE. RESPONSE: You should read other reviews.

Other previous patients feel the same. Please get training for your office manager. She is rude. Nobody wants to pay and receive rude behavior. Unprofessional.

I am an elder who is trying to hold onto the teeth I have left. Dr. Wilson and his assistant are committed to helping me. I’ve always had an aversion to dentists until I met Dr. Wilson. He has a God given skill, his hands are steady and work magic. He is a true professional and I trust his skill and knowledge 100%.

Aside from necessary fillings he has also successfully performed a root canal. He’s very respectful of my comfort level . I never feel rushed in his office. I definitely recommend Dr. Wilson who is a member of the Davidson and Burr team.

Two weeks ago I visited another dentist and was told I needed a root canal and was referred to an outside specialist. I luckily got a second opinion with Davidson & Burr and they were amazing! Not only did they handle my tooth pain, as it turns out, I did NOT need a root canal. I had a raised crown that had needed adjusting for years. Outstanding services from the upfront staff, Chelsey, to Dr.

Davidson. Thanks again for everything. Saved me tons of money and made a client from now on!
