This place has gone From a decent 3-4 ⭐️, to absolute trash. I honestly wish you could leave negative stars This is the most sketchiest dental office I have ever had the displeasure of being a client at for 15+ years. There service or lack there of has been in decline for quite sometime, they don’t care, I firmly believe that they were intentionally make work for themselves just to make more money. They don’t care about the paitent, The only thing they care about is the bottom dollar. I have told them many times in the past, Don’t call me don’t message me.

I’m done. . They continued to do so. I am happy to write this review because it’s been quite some time in the making. This place is horrible.

I would not recommend my worst enemy come here. As a former patient of over 15+ years! All I can say is, I hope if you were anyone decide to make this your dentist. Your dental office, That they treat you better than they ever did me. To dawn dental: Please spare me your generic response, I said what I said, I mean what I say. Good bye, and I hope you treat other patients better than you ever did me!

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from Dawn Dental Clinic. My appointments have been canceled multiple times—often at the last minute—with no consideration for my schedule or the inconvenience caused. Despite having valid insurance that covers the treatments I need, the clinic continues to delay my care due to poor communication and disorganization. Most recently, a receptionist called to cancel my appointment for the fourth time. When I asked her to rebook it, she instead told me I would be placed on a waiting list.

When I requested to speak with the manager, she was dismissive, rude, and refused to provide the manager’s name, claiming they were “too busy. ” This is not the first instance of unprofessional behavior at this clinic. During my last visit, the dentist made inappropriate and invasive comments to my daughter, asking her if her gold bracelet was real and whether her parents were rich. Additionally, the receptionist has behaved in a manner that I found to be racially insensitive. I strongly urge others to take these issues into consideration before choosing Dawn Dental Clinic.

I do not recommend this clinic based on my repeated negative experiences, lack of respect from staff, and overall unprofessionalism. I strongly urge the Dental Association to investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Based on my experience, I believe this office should not be allowed to continue operating in this manner.

Amazing dentist ( Dr Haider) The quickest and smoothest appointment I’ve ever had!! Super kind, throughly explained everything as I explained I have a lot of anxiety with coming to a new dentist but felt so comfortable! Definitely recommend!

Dr. Haider is the absolute best dentist I have ever had! Growing up I did not have the best experiences with my prior dentists, which as time went on lead me to have major anxiety about dentists in general. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 8+ years because of it, but ended up having a cracked tooth that needed attention. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionists who were able to answer any of my questions I had and were so welcoming 😊 I got called back and met Dr.

Haider for the first time, he was so nice and welcoming and explained everything that needed to be done so I understood. I have continued to come back repeatedly for all of my fillings etc. and it has continued to be such a positive experience every time!! I can happily say I love my dentist!!! 😊 I highly recommend coming her for any sort of dental service needed! 🦷
