Every visit to this dental office is a sales pitch for Invisalign or a referral to the orthodontist. In my 42 years of life I have never been told I have to go see an orthodontist because the dentist couldn't do their job. I feel like Dawson dental must get a huge commission for every patient that they successfully send to this one particular orthodontist. The first time I was there I had the dentist try 3 times to get me to buy invisalign. She was so pushy I literally had to tell her to stop or I was getting up and never coming back.

Aurora has so many dentists, I don't feel the need to ever come back here again and I will be taking myself, my husband and our kids to another dentist from now on. As for my husband, he went in to get a cavity filled and the dentist did something that made his bite not line up. When he called to come in and have it fixed, they said he had to go to the orthodontist because there was nothing they could do. . .

Really?? So unprofessional. The only good thing I have to say about this office, is that the hygienist's always did a great job cleaning my teeth.

I've been a patient at Dawson Dental Aurora for 10+ years now and I have been incredibly pleased with the level of care and service that they provide, so much so that I continue to make the drive up here from Scarborough instead of looking for a closer dentist. Antoinette is a fantastic dental hygienist and all of the staff are all kind, friendly and helpful.

Scheduling regular appointments has always been easy, and they were even able to help me with an emergency appointment when I needed it. Highly recommended!
