Dr. Miller is thorough yet gentle—she caught a small cavity in my son’s molar early, saving us from more extensive work. The office has a warm, neighborhood feel, with staff who remember your kids’ names and ask about your summer plans.

They’re pros at working with busy schedules, offering evening and Saturday appointments that fit around school and work. What I appreciate most is their transparency: costs are clearly outlined, insurance is handled smoothly, and they never push unnecessary treatments. When my husband had a toothache on a holiday weekend, they squeezed him in. It’s dental care you can trust, rooted in the community—and that’s priceless.

Dr. Harsh and Lisa were so very kind and gentle while I was so nervous! I am so afraid of having any needles but they made that process so managable. On top of that, they have such happy, positive and calm demeanors, it made for a dentist experience I wish for everyone who's afraid or uncomfortable!

Dawson Dental is single handedly the most incompetent and unprofessional dental office out there. After giving them over $3,000 to undergo Invisalign treatment that they convinced me was the only way to fix my jaw pain they not only damaged my teeth, but are now ignoring any and all attempts to contact them. After Dr Dhalla ruined yet another one of my teeth and took no accountability for it I decided enough was enough and I switched to McFarlane Dental in Mount Forest.

The process has not been easy and Dawson Dental is only furthering my frustration after ignoring emails and phone calls from McFarlane requesting the transfer of my patient files. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism from Dawson Dental and the blatant disregard for their patients and would never recommend that anyone who values their teeth or their money go to this pathetic excuse of a dental office.
