I had some concerns regarding the surgical procedures at this dental office. My daughter required multiple appointments, and they advised me to give her melatonin and pain medication before the surgery. Although I initially signed the paperwork, upon further consideration, I felt uncomfortable with my children continuing to receive care at this practice. Additionally, I was told my daughter had several cavities, which were later refuted by her new dentist.

They suggested that my two-year-old son attend his next appointment alone, which made me uneasy. Lastly, I observed one of the dental assistants being impolite to my cousin, who is not a native English speaker. I believe the situation could have been handled with greater sensitivity.

My son is 10. After having a really bad experience and being traumatized by another dentist. We got sent here because is his ASD, and severe ADHD. He has fallen in love with Dr.

Ashcraft. He loves the papoose. He said it’s a tight hug and he feels more relaxed and safe. She gives the recommendation for them to have melatonin because he calms them and makes the nitrous giving less stressful on their little bodies! Liam will forever be with her till he ages out!

I was told my daughter had several cavities. After gaining a 2nd opinion, it turns out that is not the case. She is also rude and condescending. I also don't like that you can't sit in with your kids, and my children say they didn't feel comfortable. Wouldn't recommend. There are plenty of dentists around who include you in their treatments to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

2-3 hr wait times with a scheduled appointment and I feel her dental recommendations are highly excessive. The staff is nice but Deborah has sort of a god complex and doesn't see value in properly educating the parents on alternative treatment options which makes me feel like her biggest concern is . . .

revenue. I also dont understand why the parents (a child's biggest advocate) can't accompany them during treatments. I am thankful to have found a new dentist however I've been made aware that she will not release any records to them.
