11/25 I had my consultation and it was amazing. I previously went to another local orthodontist and was told my only option was braces and to get there my only options were an invasive procedure or tooth removal. Deerwood gave me so many other options, they were honest and heard my needs and concerns and want to work with me! I struggled with going back to an orthodontist after my previous experience and I’m so glad I found this office! Plan to update along my journey :) Update! 02/17/25 They worked TREMENDOUSLY with my dentist and I have started my Invisalign! So excited Everything has been absolutely seamlessly smooth My niece and nephews school canceled right before one of my appointments and as I care for them they needed to come with me… Deerwood set up a kids table, coloring, and chairs for them for my hour and a half appointment.

They were so amazingly understanding and kind to us. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

As an adult trying to straighten my teeth it has been a longer path but every second has been worth it. The staff at Deerwood Franklin are absolutely the best. They accommodated my schedule always and greeted me with the warmest greeting each time I arrived.

Our family loves Deerwood Orthodontics! Our two sons are receiving treatment at Deerwood and our younger son has a complex treatment plan that involved his family dentist and an oral surgeon as well. Dr. Carolan took time to help us understand what needed to be done and is very knowledgeable - she really eased our anxieties about what to do for him. The treatment coordinator, Holly, not only coordinated the care for Deerwood, but also communicated expertly with the other providers.

They were so impressed with her work and appreciated all the effort she put into coordinating care for my son. She made it so easy for everyone involved and was really instrumental in getting him the care he needed. The front desk staff is welcoming and always happy to help - we love seeing them whenever we come in. We feel very comfortable with the care that both our sons receive here and we are so grateful for everyone at Deerwood!
