Been with the office for at least 5+ years but over the lack of availability and today's service was the breaking point. Sent email requesting for xray to be sent over to another office, replied to the email within 75hours with the completed release form. Called a week later for a follow up and was told that I replied/emailed an email address that was no longer being used. Mind you I literally REPLIED to their email and received no bounce back message or automated message of the new email. Then the receptionist stated that Mondays are busy and not sure if they will get around to it.

. . . just over it at this point! Will officially be switching my family over to a different office that has more availability, responsive and professional.

I was a patient for 8 years, but the care went way down, especially for military families. The last visit was like a whirlwind--I was literally in the chair for my 6mo cleaning for 10 minutes! It felt as if they didn't want to spend much time on me because I have Tricare dental. After 8 years, I would've expected better treatment! The hygienist rushed through the cleaning so fast that my teeth and gums hurt for a week! And Dr. Nguyen grabbed my mouth and tongue and then flew out of the room. I was like, What just happened? I left the office that day feeling very unsettled and mistreated, but still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Two days before my next appt 6 months later, they called to say they no longer took Tricare. My concerns were not unfounded and I honestly cannot recommend this office to anyone. I used to sing their praises, but no longer.

We've been coming here for years. Always a positive experience. Friendly, professional staff, efficient and thorough dental hygienists and Dr. Delaney is not only extremely friendly and easygoing, she is a medical professional who will actually return a phone call to a patient. That's pretty much unheard of nowadays!

Based on my experience with this office for several years, here are my ratings: Billing and office administration 2 star: I'm rating the billing and office administration 2 stars due to the excessive involvement required on my part with insurance claims. I had to manage correspondence and negotiations, which was time-consuming and frustrating. My current dentist office handles these matters entirely, providing a much smoother experience. Dental cleaning 5 star. I have never had a mediocre dental cleaning here. They get the job done well, 100%.

Dentist work 3 star, used to be 5 when Dr. Clark was there: . While my dentist was nice, I needed multiple follow-up appointments for tooth height adjustments, which I didn't experience with Dr. Clark. I also found the excessive personal conversation between the dentist and assistant distracting and unprofessional. I prioritize attention to detail and a job well done over casual conversation.

My focus is on my dental health, and I expect the dentist's focus to be the same. I shared this feedback with the office, but instead of taking it constructively, they justified the excessive chatting as a way to make patients feel 'comfortable. ' This response indicates a lack of commitment to addressing patient concerns and prioritizing quality of care.
