This was my first visit to Delaware Dental Solutions. Dr. Yang and his staff were very nice and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and the office and atmosphere were awesome. Dr. Yang's fees were very reasonable as well. I would refer any of my family and friends there!

Simply put. . the BEST dentist experience in my life (Delaware and NYC). The entire staff is pleasant, attentive walking me analysis and procedure ahead of time.

I am completely blown away with respect to their professionalism and detailed care, not to mention the only time in my life I was not in PANIC over cleaning. Kudos to the entire staff, from front-desk, Technicians and yes to the Yang's.

Sure, this office is clean and nice, but the logistics with which they operate their dental policies are insensitive and sordid. I am 38 weeks pregnant and was denied my routine appointment because their automated system did not register my text confirmation. Apparently the default is to just cancel appointments if not confirmed rather than to actually pick up the phone and have a human contact you to confirm.

All that with ZERO warning that the appointment will be canceled - I am a returning patient and in none of their communications was it ever indicated that an appointment would be cancelled until 30 minutes before my 8am appointment. After I already struggled to dress myself, arrange childcare for my toddler, and drive over to this office early this morning. My husband already had his qualms about this office since there’s always some product they try to upsell him when he completes his appointment so this just takes the cake.

Needless to say, my family will not be returning to this practice. And I hope the front desk staff learns some common etiquette with their returning patients instead of being combative about why this shady policy should be updated.

My husband and I absolutely! Love this place! Very professional, explains everything thing that’s required to be completed. The staff is super friendly and the environment is warm and welcoming. Because of they are so amazing, my entire family became new patients within weeks.
