I intially really liked my first patient experience but after my last appoitment I feel like I made a mistake by choosing this practice. Once I signed my treatment plan for Invisalign which they were happy to do because my insurance wont cover it. I went back to have my attachments put on and I asked a question after they had me watch a youtube video in which this person snapped at me and said "the answers in the video" which it was not. Then I was told by the front desk that I would need to call to schedule my follow up appoitment.

In addition, I noticed that one of the front desk ladies has a horrible attitude with patients. I called within the first two weeks as I got bad ulcers in my mouth and the person I talked too just seemed annoyed that I even called. Overall, their staff needs training in interpersonal skills.

My daughters consult for Braces was a good experience. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Flexible payment options if needed. We were seen within 10 min of our scheduled appointment. Would recommend!

I went in to Delaware Orthodontics as a new patient and was very satisfied with my experience! The front desk staff checked me in, I was greeted by my treatment coordinator Adrienne who was very knowledgeable and patient ( I had a lot of questions) & then met with Dr. Flagg who took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options.

Delaware Orthodontics provided me with three payment plans and due to the warm and friendly environment I am now on my way to straighter teeth! Thank you DE Ortho. I will be referring my family and friends !

My daughters, Claudia and Corinne, have both had Braces through the Middletown office. Corinne is finished with her braces and has the most perfect smile. Claudia is still in her braces and receiving the best care. We have always been treated with kindness and respect throughout both of their treatments. Claudia’s smile is also looking great! Highly recommend them!
