The lady that answers the phone, Grace, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She is extremally rude to everyone she comes in contact with. She is impatient, unkind and hostile. I would recommend never going to this office, and if you are a patient there I would switch immediately!

This place is so unprofessional. Schedule a new patient appointment today for 4pm. Walked up to the front door for it to be locked. Stood at the door calling and knocking on the the door. No answer 20min later some lady comes to the door and said there close. I have a appointment today at 4pm. She said “Im not sure about that”.

I look in my calendar & told her you schedule my appointment for today. She said oh well we usually stay late but the doctor is ready to go. So call back tomorrow and make another appointment. Who the hell is going to do that if you just had me come today not to see me. Gas isn’t cheap. So unprofessional

Went there sometime in June for a teeth cleaning I had no pain prior to coming. I left the next day I have pain on my left upper side everytime I chew it hurts!!!! I also had to tell him how to clean my teeth it was like he was rushing through it or he just didn’t know what he was doing. It’s only 2 workers in the office which makes it worried I shouldn’t left when I seem how the office looked & how they were acting . Anyway I had an appointment waited over 30 mins to be seen just for a teeth cleaning. After he was done cleaning I looked in the mirror & didn’t see no difference. I told him my teeth are not cleaned. Years ago I got my teeth cleaned by a different dentist & it looked like I had almost brand new teeth.

With him? It looked like a simile brush you can do yourself I was pissed off! I told him to go in again. After he went in again I was more satisfied & I left. Next day is when I started getting pain in my tooth!!!! Upper tooth ! I called him & came in told him what was. Going on he said it’s nothing to worry bout it could be a nerve or something it would take 2 weeks to heel but I knew something wasn’t right I felt it. 2 weeks went by I was in nothing but pain everytime I chewed something on my left upper side it hurt so bad 10/10. I haven’t went back since because I’m terrified what he’ll do to my teeth next. I’m just going to book with a different dentist and try to get my pain resolved there ! Do not come here.

Small unprofessional office with 2 of the same workers . It’s been 4months since he did this to me & I’m still experiencing it . This week I have free time to schedule an dentist appointment with a new dentist hopefully my pain is resolved soon. Wish I never came here never in my life had I had these problems.
