I went to Dr Denike my whole life until I was 21 along with my whole family and family friends (who all have similar interactions). I would come in a lot for “pin hole cavities” so I was a regular. One of the last times I went, I went in for a cavity filling, and had a friend with me who was there for the whole thing, half way through my cavity filling I notice things going in my mouth that I’m not used to seeing and say “what are you doing?” And they tell me “oh a root canal” at that point I couldnt stop them because they were already half way through. I never gave permission, and at the time I was under my mom’s insurance so I would have asked her permission first.

They just went ahead and did it, I called it my “surprise root canal”. However it was a bad root canal, i was still in pain for weeks after and went back to them complaining a few times but they always blew it off and didn’t help me, finally I went to a different dentist who found out it was infected and had to pull it. Since going to different dentists I magically don’t have “pin hole cavities”, or nearly no normal cavities anymore. I now have a lot of trauma related to dentists and shake every time I go.

Well today I had to get another root canal, and it was because of a deep filling that I never needed from years prior that Dr denike had done on me. So years later I am still haunted by procedures that I never needed and are still fixing to this day. I don’t hate the guy, he was always pleasant to me, but the fact that I’m having issues haunt me in my teeth from my past with Dr Denike should be worth mentioning and keeping in mind for future patients.

It's always so nice to see everyone on my visits to DeNike Dental. From being greeted at the door to seeing Lisa via zoom, Vee and the ladies at the front desk. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. From my cleanings with Ursula who's continually so gentle and kind. It's always such a pleasure to see her! Dr.

Mirza is Wonderful! Super gentle, friendly and professional. He's informative and when asked he takes the time to thoroughly explain what He's doing. I'm in good hands! Overall, DeNike Dental is a comfortable and relaxed office with a warm family-like atmosphere in which they make you feel welcomed.

The dentist who I've been with for over 30 years retired recently. My wife suggested I make an appointment with her dentist so I did. Found a practice I could feel comfortable with. Friendly and professional. They accommodate my need for quick fix to my dental problems and fixed it before my long scheduled and near near departure date. Thank You DeNike Dental.
