chipped my tooth, went in for repair and then 4 months after visiting this dentist his work fell apart, i call in to get them to fix his work, they reply by telling me i would need to pay $900 to fix what he should have fixed the first time i paid them when i went there. this place should not be allowed to practice, avoid this place and its fake reviews.

what kind of dentist cant honor his own work???

I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for years and he is always fast, skilled, and honest in what he does. His office staff and hygienists are always friendly and understanding. The prices are very fair and most things were covered by insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Fernando and his practice and have even referenced my mother there.

I really appreciate this office. Family Dentistry is refreshingly friendly and efficient. It is a small office focused patients and treatments. Before finding Dr. Rene Fernando, I went to another office. It had all of the fancy equipment and was teaming with advertisements for all the trendiest dental treatments. I went in to have a broken filling fixed. Instead they presented me with a $1,600 deep cleaning treatment plan. They would not fix my filling until I completed the 4-visit cleaning. Dr Fernando was able to book me as a new patient and fix the filling in a single 45-min visit. Family Dentisty did not care that I was not an existing patient.

They focused on what I was asking, fixing my filling. After the Dr fixed my filling I asked to schedule a cleaning. I did not have to wait months. They scheduled me for a few days later. My cleaning was easy and thorough. They even were able to fix two other surface fillings during the same visit. I appreciate Jackie, the office manager. She understands my insurance and was able to correctly explain it to me. She keeps my treatments affordable. I understand that last minute cancellations cost doctors and dentist lost revenue. Family Dentistry does not brow beat you about it.

They don't threaten you with fees. They treat their patients with respect and in return I hope that all of their patients reciprocate that respect in kind. Graciela, the dental technician, keeps you informed throughout your visit. She explains what she is doing and what will happen next. It is comforting to have a knowledgeable guide by your side providing transparency and encouragement. Family Dentistry is a no-pressure, patient-focused service provider that inspires me to keep coming back (every six months) for years to come. Support your local businesses. They are treasures that you will miss if they disappear.
