Dr. Neha did a superb job. Her and the hygenist were completely in sync on my tooth filling - which was pretty painless and very easy. I really appreciate how them team always makes me feel when Im there. I will visit Dental 360 Kimball again!!

I went in for my bi-annual teeth cleaning at the 4714 N Kimball Ave location yesterday. There was a dental hygienist who was coughing, but was masked (only with a surgical mask, NOT a k95, which provides a more secure seal) working on my teeth. I had hoped it was fine, because sometimes residual coughs aren't contagious, but I woke up today with the beginnings of a cold. The staff at that office KNOWS that I always come in masked myself.

I was not told ahead of time someone who would be working on my teeth had a cough. I find it *extremely* unprofessional that a dental office would expose patients like this, especially since their work *requires* your patients to be unmasked while working on their teeth. I plan to call the office directly and cancel my follow-up appointment, but I sincerely hope Dental 360 updates its policies and does not expose their patients in the future.

The staff at Dental 360 on Kimball is great. The front desk staff is very friendly and kind. The dental hygienist and dentist were terrific. I highly recommend this place for any dental needs.

I LOVE this place! I’ve been here twice and all the staff is so friendly and kind! The desk receptionist are very sweet and funny! They brighten up the place as you walk in. The dentist assistant was very patient and sweet with me when I was worried about my gums and overthinking the cleaning process. The doctor is thorough and informative!
