The experience of dental 360 was very clean, on time with their scheduling of cleaning was 30 minutes top. From start to finish about 45 minutes. My dental hygienist Nay was very structured and nice and to the point. 😉 Doctor A. examined my mouth in and out 5 mins and was very nice for the first impression.

I will be returning for another procedure. I would recommend that shopping area invest in bike racks. NO bike racks to lock up.

So I got a few cavities filled here and I'm just going to say the last one I just got I already have pre-existing conditions where like my teeth are a little different I do need a specialist but I'm being honest without aggression as a pacifist, and the person that already had trauma getting caps as a kid.

Did not like the service at all because despite the open your mouth wider situation I realize I was supposed to have guards in my mouth for it to stay open after googling it, and then like I got injected four times and a piece of tooth almost went down my throat also it still hurts after weeks to the point where there's like a small area where am I actually be messed up but I got referred to somewhere else from calling a place that does dentist braces because I'm just really afraid for my face this is like the only thing that I've been protecting for years and I have been hurt by a lot of things but never this never again I just think that that should have been the easiest thing was to fill a cavity cuz like this hurts still I have to salt water gargle and brush really really gently and it's like now I can't even eat basic foods cuz it's still scratchy on the top

Today was my first dental visit at Dental 360 Bucktown at W. North Ave Starting with the front desk lady, she had no professional skills whatsoever with me. I had to pull her teeth made me feel I was at the wrong place, not friendly, no willingness to help or reach out, brusque. It got worse once I met the doctor, 1. he didn't acknowledged me, no eye contact, 2. no greetings, 3. No oral, teeth mouth or gums check up 4. no visual contact, 5. not even a word for me. . 6. He only spoke to his D.

A. in regards my future dental care and the D. A. spoke for him of what was my next dental appt. The D. A. had no experience since she couldn't express my future step to step visits. . No kindness, no politeness, no manners. First time and last time.

My recent experience at this dental office was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. While the doctor and dental assistant provided exemplary care during my wisdom teeth extraction consultation , the front desk staff's conduct was notably poor. Despite having already undergone a CT scan at another dental office, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $400 for the same procedure. When I questioned this requirement, a front desk staff member responded aggressively, failing to introduce herself.

Her insistence that I pay the $400 or seek treatment elsewhere was unprofessional and unacceptable. In light of this experience, I would advise others to consider alternative options if possible.
