DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. You wait over an hour for your turn and they only let you get scans not covered by insurance or paid procedures at their place because they "do things a certain way", but its clear its for the money. My wisdom tooth extraction needed a CT scan not covered by insurance. The procedure itself was covered but I was unable to pay for the CT scan and the clinic was VERY adamant (and rude) about not being able to help with the payment in any way. I ended up getting one from a family friend who owns a clinic and took it to them in a USB drive. My appointment was at 2:00. I came in at 1:57.

They had me sitting in that waiting room till 3:32. . . a whole hour and a half of waiting. . . only to tell me they couldn't use the CT scan results I brought because she couldn't "figure out the system" and it was all blurry.

Mind you, I had just seen the dentist that gave me the CT scan a week earlier easily navigate the scan and show me all the results clearly. I couldn't exactly refute a "idk how to use it" though because who am I, so I left with a referral to another place. The oral surgeon is very kind and I'm sure she was telling the truth but it is just so ridiculous and unprofessional. I cried on the way home because it was an absolute waste of time in addition to the fact that I took off two days of work for this. Please go to another clinic.

Listen to the people who say this place sucks. Every time I went, the staff got progressively ruder and more dismissive. They don't communicate with you. One appointment, I waited 20 mins to get into the dentist's chair, saw the dentist for 2 minutes, then they disappeared for half an hour. I walked out and asked a hygienist what was going on. They said "She'll be right with you. " Another fifteen minutes passes. I ask again and the hygienist rudely says "wait in the chair.

" Took 2. 5 hours in total for them just to examine me. EVEN WORSE: another appointment, they removed a tooth, and while doing so, told me an adjacent tooth "might need a filling. " Turns out, they'd actually cut a hole in the adjacent tooth themselves. Seriously: they cut an unnecessary hole in my tooth and didn't tell me and then didn't fill it. They didn't follow up to make an appointment or anything. The dentist may have told the front desk/hygienists to do so, but they likely didn't hear it or ignored the dentist. I found this out only when I went to another dentist who had ethics, who just scratched his head at how terrible Dental 360 Irving Park had treated me.

Just to give you a snapshot of the place, there are about 10 front desk and billing people working at any time, and maybe 1-2 dentists on a good day. The front desk is never in any rush, despite the fact there are so many of them. One of the slowest dentists in terms of service I've ever had. It's an insane place, really. Don't go here. They don't deserve to be in business. Listen to all the people who've said this; I didn't and ended up wasting a bunch of time and money.

Dropped $79 for their cleaning special, but honestly, it felt rushed and rough—my gums were sore for days. Waited 30+ minutes past my appointment, and the front desk seemed disorganized. Doc barely explained anything, just in and out. Not the worst spot, but for the price, I expected better. Probably won't be back.

My family and I love this location and its staff. The front desk staff are always professional and accommodating. The dental staff are attentive and knowledgeable of their services. I love my dentist she is the best. I would recommend this facility to any and everybody.
