Saw the male dentist. I've literally never been to such a disrespectful, rude, pushy dentist before. Couldn't recommend less, would give 0 stars if possible. I've had normal cleanings every 6 months my whole teeth-having life, this dentist refused to do a normal cleaning at all on the basis that he recommends a "deep" cleaning, even though after initially looking at my teeth he said they look good and I brush and floss well. Refused to explain why this somehow prevents him from doing a normal cleaning.

It was just going in circles like trying to have a conversation with a toddler. He also made a comment about how he's not just doing this to try and get more money, which makes me think he probably is doing exactly that. Also recommended some other stuff and brought out their pricing book to show me my insurance would cover it all, which was weird/pushy and something I’ve never experienced at a dentist before. I was wary going here to begin with after reading the reviews, should've trusted my gut. Guy is a douchebag and I wasted 2hrs of my day.

Edit: just went to a new dentist and they did not recommend a deep cleaning, and explained through looking at my xrays exactly why they would not recommend it, namely that I had absolutely none of the build up that would necessitate a deep cleaning at all. They also recommended against the other things that Brite Dental were pushing.

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment over a week ago and moved around my work schedule to accommodate for it. When I get to my scheduled appointment I am told that the dentist is leaving for the day and my appointment will not be completed. I am then taken to a different room where the manager blames a front desk staff member who she is soon to fire for not calling me about my appointment.

I am extremely upset about wasting my time and attempting to have my dental services performed here. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Spoon and stamp

My mother came to this place for a simple dental cleaning, but it turned into a nightmare. Without asking any questions about her medical history or the medications she was taking, they went ahead and extracted two of her teeth. This careless decision led to her having a stroke shortly afterward. We are currently working with our lawyer to address this serious issue.

I urge anyone considering this place to think twice. Please, do not come here unless you are 100% sure of their professionalism, and always have someone with you to advocate and ask the right questions. Wha

I have been going there a lot, however since they changed their ownership. They do less care about patients and very unprofessinol with their service. I have been waiting to get an answer for my medical insurance from them weeks, they never followed up and made my appointment. My teeth need to be fixed while they are still confirming my insurance. Why it took them this long? Very dissapointed
