When I 1st walked in to checkin for the appointments for my son and my daughter the receptionist was extremely rude and snappy. The other one was vet nice the rest of the staff was very pleasant and welcoming how ever the dentist was making rudely offensive jokes about some one in another language I’m sure he didn’t think I could understand him but since it was only the dental assistant, him, and my self in the room I’m sure the highly offensive jokes were about me.

It’s sad to see such manner with dental and healthcare professionals this is why people don’t seek help or are afraid to over all experience was disappointing

You cannot fully trust this office unfortunately. They told me I needed a root canal, I knew for a fact that was definitely not the case and went elsewhere. Turns out I only needed a filling! That makes a huge difference. My current dentist carefully goes over your X-rays WITH you and you can clearly see.

They even showed me the tooth that supposedly needed a root canal and they explained to me why it was unnecessary. This office takes the x ray, doesn’t show you anything and can literally just say anything. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone lol

Pretty unimpressed. I went here in October for a dental cleaning. They were over 40 minutes late for my appointment and I asked to reschedule as I had to get back to work. They were all of a sudden ready for me and hurried through my appointment.

They claimed I had seven cavities. I went to a different dentist recommended to me by a friend this month and they said I only had one. Seems like they were trying to scam me.

Dr. Karim pulled all of my wisdom teeth. Two were impacted and needed bone grafts the other was fully in and needed a sinus perforation. The procedure went pretty seamlessly. I did have the nitrous oxide sedation. The healing has been perfect, very minimal to no swelling and almost no pain.

Dr. Karim is very detailed, professional and has a sense of urgency. 4 stars because I was not given a lot of after care information and had to mostly my own research on a healing timeline as far as brushing teeth and reintroducing foods. Also, it seemed there was some miscommunication among other office personnel and it didn’t always seem the most organized. They had to take x-rays about 4 times because of a setting they kept forgetting to turn on.
