Very impressed with this dental office from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist!! All are kind, personable, and caring not to mention my dentist did a great job on my teeth that have been neglected from having kids. Would definitely recommend:)

Please get insurance before you visit! I scheduled a simple clean. $100 charge. Awesome. I was changing companies and wanted to look fresh. They already rescheduled my appointment from 11am to 9am because of a procedure she needed to to do. Totally get it.

I show up at 9, fill paperwork, and wait while I hear ppl come in audibly late and skip thru. I get called back. Take x-rays, which might be a prerequisite but was never informed of (1st red flag). The tech assistant asks to start polishing, and in my experience comes last(2nd red flag). Dentist comes in and makes notes explaining my teeth need a more extensive cleaning. Understandable.

But then quote me at nearly $600 per visit every 4 months to completion. More than $2500! (3rd red flag) I've never had a cleaning more than an hour for a 38 y/o vet with great dental history. I call today to see if I can get partial money our of pocket spent and said it's $50 for x-rays, $50 for inspection, which was never discussed over the phone. So God Bless but I hope they are up front with potential clients with possible outcomes if anyone calls for Healthcare. Aspen dental has free x-rays and examinations, just saying.

Dental 360 was an amazing experience. Scheduling was an easy and they had appointments then a few days. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very gentle and professional. Answered all my questions and shared them with the doctor as well.

The work I needed was scheduled within 1 week after cleaning. I can’t stay enough about the doctors and the assistants in the waukesha office. Outstanding team I will refer anyone that I know. Office was clean and appointments were always on time.

From the doctors to the staff, they are very personable and genuinely care for their patients. Upon my first visit while filling out paperwork and waiting to be called, multiple patients came in and each and everyone was greeted, by name, by Tawny and Adrianna. Working/managing my own small family-owned business, great service and patient relations are invaluable to me.

Tawny has gone above and beyond to ensure my dental health and satisfaction! I came in with a terrible toothache and needed a root canal. Dr. Martini was very reassuring and took time to explain the procedure and ensure I was comfortable before starting my root canal and I had a great experience with my first root canal!
