Dr Fink personally took time out of his day to make sure that this situation was rectified. He reached out for understanding and apologized for the way the situation was handled. He took a very personal approach and went beyond standard business practices with the compassion he displayed. I would return to this practice and recommend them to anyone. No one is perfect on either side (customers or staff) and I really appreciate Dr Fink caring enough to make things right. . . . . .

I’ve been a client of Dr Finks for over 9 years and have had a wonderful experience. . . I am a client, my 3 daughters are clients, my brother and sister I referred to his practice as well. Recently my daughters had strep throat and I was called by their physician last minute with positive results and had to cancel two appointments. The office staff who use to be much more compassionate seem to be all about business and have lost their family approach to the practice. They now want deposits for all my family (and as a single parent is very hard to accommodate) and without working with me basically told me they didn’t care if I left their practice. I really can’t believe after my family’s loyalty and referrals that they would not have any customer service.

Dr. Fink and his entire staff is amazing. They are a perfect example of what a modern, high touch and high quality medical care should always be like. Staff always recognize me when I walk in and greet me by name. The hygienists are always professional and skilled.

The process is always easy and smooth. And I always get to see Dr. Fink, chat, and ask him any questions. I bring my entire family here and they all appreciate the care we get. I highly recommend this practice!!

I thought I’d never say this about going to the dentist but I truly like going Dr. Fink’s ! Every time I have gone for an appointment I have been greeted warmly by the staff. My hygienists are friendly and caring. My last hygienist was Jennifer. We chatted throughout the visit.

She went to work cleaning my teeth but was careful and caring and asked me how I was doing during this. She even complemented me on how nice my gums looked- very healthy! Then I saw Dr Fink for my final inspection and he was, as usual, friendly and approachable. Since everything was fine with my teeth, he wished me a Happy Holiday and I returned the wish for him as well. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Happy Holidays to all!

Spectacular service! Called this morning for an unscheduled visit. They were able to fit me in to see the Doctor at Noon. Arrived early - 11:40am and didn't even have a chance to sit in waiting room. I was seen right away.

The entire procedure was explained to me prior to it being performed and I was comforted throughout the experience. Once completed I was walked to the receptionist and thanked. This was one of my best Dental visits ever.
