I have been coming to this dentist with my son for about 4 years now, but recently I have been getting messages that I need to reschedule and when I try to reschedule they have no openings anytime soon. Last year I couldn’t get in for a cleaning at all. Also, trying to get a hold of someone over the phone has been very difficult.

I have been calling these last 2 days without being able to speak to anyone because, once again, I got a message that my son's appointment needs to be rescheduled. I used to really love this place, but I think it’s time for a new dentist for my family.

Dr. Donald Gundlach and his staff were very professional very helpful and they took good care of me. And they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Gundlach also called and check on me. I had excellent care.

I called and scheduled an appointment, provided my insurance details, and filled out the required forms on their portal. My appointment was at 2 PM, and I arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed in the confirmation texts and emails. The front desk was a complete mess. Despite scanning my insurance card, they kept trying to force my information into their system under incorrect names and bogus plans.

They repeatedly pushed me to sign a form agreeing to pay if insurance didn’t cover the visit. But if they can’t even enter my insurance correctly, I’d be on the hook for their $439 consultation fee. Even after my provider faxed them the correct plan details, they still couldn’t give me a cost estimate. Instead, they made excuses, claiming my situation was "rare"—yet they were adamant about getting that payment policy signed.

No way! I walked out and found another dental office that actually understands Dental Care USA. They were professional, experienced, and knew exactly how to handle insurance properly.

Dr Smart is a great Dentist . He took care of my partials being made and they fit great . But I called to get a filling that had fallen out fixed and the desk told me I had to get it looked at in a separate appointment first . That would of been 5 or 6 months in the future . I wanted a cleaning also and that would of been months in the future . I waited for the cleaning and life happened and I can't go to the appointment.

I called them . It's March and they told me I can't get in again till November. Sorry to say it but they're purposely taking on way too many patients instead of taking care of the old ones . My tooth that needs the filling could fall out by the time I get in there and it's one that holds my partials in . I spent 3k on my partials there . This is no way to run a business
