Went here in summer 2022 worst cleaning ever. Rushed the service and very rough. After appointment days after experienced pain with teeth. Would not recommend this place lack of care and Extremely rushed service.

I went in for a routine cleaning. The staff was nice but I felt that the service was very rushed compared to other dental clinics I've gone to. The one star rating goes to the fact that they over charged me and never let me know. I became aware of being over charged when I got my EOB.
I gave them a months time to see if they would contact me but they never did. After a month, I called them and they said they would send me the credit in check form and that I would receive it in 3-4 weeks. Five weeks later I still havent received it so I called back and they said that they will process it now and it will take another 4 weeks. I was unhappy with that answer so they offered to refund it back to my credit card, which should have been an option the first time I called.
It has been almost 3 months since I've been made aware of the over charging by my insurance company and yet Smile Center of Saint Paul never once informed me of it or tried to fix it (even with me making them aware of it). If I didnt follow up with this, I feel they would have just kept the credit. I will never come back here and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

This is the worst place you can come to. I hate it here and I will never recommend anybody especially if you are black. The customer service is poor. They never on time with the appointment time. . I just hate it here and I will never come back here.
This was my first and last visit. If I could give a 0 than that’s what it will be. The 1 star I did give WAS SO I CAN WRITE MY REVIEW. . 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
