I had expected that this would be the first of several appointments since I had fallen and chipped a tooth. I’d also expected to have to wait longer for an appointment but I was seen very quickly. My teeth and the one that was broken were polished and the broken tooth was filed and looks exactly like nothing had ever happened to it! Dr Zurich and her assistant worked smoothly together.

Dr Zurich explained in detail what they were going to do and at the end what to watch for in the future - if there would be nerve pain or damage, a root canal would not disturb the teeth themselves. She, and her assistant, were kind, personable, and I feel so lucky to have been referred to her by my previous dentist!

The appointment desk was great. Informed me very well. Wait was very short even though I was a fit in. Mona Flatau and Dr Carolyn Zunich were extremely friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient there for years!! The procedure went very well and my Crown was place expertly!! My tooth tonight feels great@@. Highly recommend this team.

I'm a first time patient. I know Dr Kivi informally and asked her if she was taking new patients. She said she'd "be honored" to have me as one (pretty great, right?). I got an appt to look at a crown that I messed up with a sucker (a dum-dum, that's how I felt when a piece of the crown stuck to it). I got good news that I didn't completely wreck it, but Dr Kivi will keep an eye on it.

I really liked how Dr Kivi had me look at the x-rays of my teeth with her, that made me feel like we are in this together! Stacy (maybe I'm spelling this wrong), Dr Kivi's assistant, was great too! Pleasant, kind, genuine, caring. It just so happened that a cancelation occurred from another patient who was scheduled for a cleaning while I was there, so I took that appointment too! Carmen was more encouraging than any hygienist that I've ever been to in my 60 years of dentist visits. She was thorough, efficient, helpful, so very kind! I'm so happy with MY new dental professionals! Kelly and Mary at the reception also deserve a shout out for their smiles and pleasant service in person and when I made the appointment by phone. AND. .

. Dental Associates offers a payment plan that is affordable to me, who doesn't have dental insurance. I'm so thankful, and relieved, to have top notch dental care.
